Job Goal:
As an Application Integration and Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of various software applications within the Print organization. This position requires a deep understanding of software integration processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective support to end-users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization's IT landscape. This position will also provide ongoing support to all Print Operations applications.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted in place of a degree
Experience
- 3 years of proven experience in application integration, support, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting middleware platforms and tools
- Experience in engineering, developing, and delivering integration solutions
- Experience in building API’s for integration
Special Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, JSON, or others relevant to integration
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, API, ETL)
- Troubleshooting – the skill of recognizing the root cause of a problem
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Expertise in developing solutions based on identified requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Certification in relevant integration technologies
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Familiarity with warehouse and print operation MIS systems, preferably PACE
- Familiarity with writing reports from financial systems, including building dashboards
- Understanding of security protocols and practices related to integration
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate internal and external integration projects and systems. This will include the management of vendors related to application integration solutions.
- Evaluate, design, and implement integration solutions for diverse software applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, ensuring that integration processes are well-documented and easily understandable.
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users experiencing issues with integrated applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot integration problems, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement preventive measures and solutions to minimize future integration-related incidents.
- Monitor the performance of integrated systems and applications to identify and address potential bottlenecks or areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of integration solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure new applications are designed with integration in mind.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates on integration projects.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external applications and APIs.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Create user guides and training materials to empower end-users with self-help resources.
